10k training has become a popular form of running throughout the United States and the rest of the world. It is something that most people can do, it is free, and it gives people the opportunity to enjoy the outside while they are exercising. No matter which 10k training program you choose, it is up to you to do the work that is involved to accomplish your goal.
Doing this type of exercise takes up time and can be painful, but the payoff is an improvement to your overall health, possible weight loss, and the opportunity to achieve a personal goal.
